Join us at Thompson + Hanson for Lumen Printing in the Garden, a hands-on workshop in collaboration with FLATS Film Lab, led by artist and photographer Lisa Bridges.

Step outside the darkroom and into the garden to explore lumen printing, a cameraless photographic process that uses sunlight, plant materials, and light-sensitive photo paper to create one-of-a-kind images. Guests will walk away with delicate impressions in unexpected colors and textures—capturing a moment in nature through light, time, and place.

Lisa will guide the participants through the process while sharing more about her artistic practice and the possibilities of analog and alternative photography. Together, Thompson + Hanson and FLATS invite you to slow down, create with your hands, and experience the garden in a new way through nature, creativity, and tactile image making.
