Over 100 years ago, the Wessel family set up their homestead in La Grange. They surveyed the land and built their home on a hill overlooking the pastures below. It was the perfect spot, protected from the swell of heavy rains and cooled on warm summer evenings by the prevailing southeasterly winds.

Now the custodians of this legacy, we have spent the better part of the last two years renewing the land, creating a destination within reach of our T+H communities, yet far enough away to feel like an escape.

A white shiplap barn with distinctive Thompson + Hanson and Tiny Boxwoods style, now sits atop that same hill, surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and outdoor spaces meticulously crafted by Thompson + Hanson. Whitewashed interiors and expansive windows offer picturesque views of our pastures and grazing cattle, while wrap around porches with wooden rocking chairs invite you to while away the time.

We have a handful of fun T+H events on the horizon such as concerts, lecture series, wellness retreats, and seasonal farm dinners. Follow along to stay up to date on our offerings.
